Showed up right on time and took care of things! Tired of manually opening the garage space, I needed a new lock for the garage door. Tim from Golden Locksmith Services fitted me with a nice remote controlled door lock. It’s been over a week now, and I simply love the new lock installed. I also got a good bargain on the selling price of the lock. If you need your money’s worth, I’d recommend you hire them. Hands down, the BEST in Palisades, NY. Call them - 845-217-0588- you won’t regret it…

I had an urgent meeting to attend in the next one hour. But it was one of those days that had bad luck written all over it. First, I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to get my door to lock. The lock was quite old and it was finally starting to show its signs. Being already late, I quickly rushed to my car, fumbled for my car keys and when I turned the car key in the lock, it snapped! Call it fate or blame it on the force I exerted on the key, either way I didn’t feel as helpless as I did at that moment. In a sheer bid of desperation, I called up Golden Locksmith Services after finding their website http://www.Palisades.Golden-Locksmith-Services.com listed online. The technician seemed friendly and promised me that someone will be over to my place soon. I barely waited for 10 minutes when they sent Dave over. He carefully took out the broken pieces, and crafted a copy key right there within a few minutes! I couldn’t believe it. Stunned by the level of service, I even scheduled an appointment for the following evening and asked Dave to give my home locks a quick once-over. Ever since that day, I’ve never switched over to another firm in Palisades. Golden Locksmith Services is simply the best!

After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Golden Locksmith Services who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend Golden Locksmith Services to all my friends, family, co-workers! Surely, they’re the best in Palisades! You should try them out!
