Nearly everyone was getting their locks changed to these ultra-modern ones and I had been wondering contemplating it for a while. But I wasn’t sure how well these locks would fare. So, I called Jeff from Expert Locksmith Store for advice. He assessed the property and advised me against opting for it, unless my only goal was to spend a fortune for a futuristic-looking lock. The locks in place were good enough, although he did advise new locks for the windows. He could have sold me an expensive lock and made money, but instead, he offered genuine advice. And I really appreciate Jeff for it! Now Expert Locksmith Store has become one-stop destination in Mcdonough for all things locksmith and security! It just can’t get any better than this! Recommend them!

I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Expert Locksmith Store, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt! After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices! Number 1 in Mcdonough! I’m giving them a 10/10!

All I needed was a spare key, it wasn’t even an emergency! But the way Expert Locksmith Store responded to my call was simply stupendous! Hats off to you guys!!! I got my spare key handed out to me within 30 minutes of placing the call! Trust me, when I say that there’s no one better than Expert Locksmith Store! I’ve had my share of bad experiences with locksmiths in the past and I know what I’m talking about!
