So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. I spoke to Andrew from Village Locksmith Store and he was just so understanding.. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes. Thanks for the great advice – and thanks for being so prompt! Andrew is honest and professional. I’ve saved his number 912-452-0105, and will definitely call him again if need be! Five stars for FANTASTIC SERVICE!

The fact that I had lost my keys and was locked out of my home, came nowhere close to the feeling of paranoia that swept me! What if the wrong person finds it? Perhaps, my ex? I knew I was being unreasonable but I simply wanted to have my locks changed then and there! I searched frantically for a good locksmith in Tybee Island and found Village Locksmith Store. They had a mountain of good reviews and I had a feeling they’d get there at once! And they did! The technician, Mark , took only ten minutes to get there and hear me out. He suggested that I opt for rekeying instead of replacement to save some money and got the job done within minutes. He could have easily exploited me, but he didn’t – and that’s why I’ve remained a loyal customer to Village Locksmith Store for over a year now! Working with Village Locksmith Store was a pleasant experience! I had a difficult job - needed a laser cut key and remote key programming. However, David was able to do all that right out of his van and it didn’t take him more than 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever be using a different locksmith in Tybee Island, GA..
