Caught an advert recently on TV for a voice-activated lock and ordered it right away. I had a thing for all things tech and I just couldn’t miss out on this one! It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from Expert Locksmith Store took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. Jones was strictly against products advertized on telly. According to him, they are either fake or overpriced. Well, my two-hundred bucks were gone! Wish I’d received that piece of info earlier.
Nevertheless, Jones got a new lock installed, a far better one at a modest price! From now on, I’m only relying on his advice for all things related to locks. Highly recommend Jones and his team from Expert Locksmith Store. Frankly, they’ve got great technicians onboard and are the BEST in Channahon!!!

It was the worst nightmare come to life. I mean, I’ve read it in papers, heard about it on news , but I never imagined being stuck in a similar situation. I’d just stepped out to order takeaway at a local diner, when I realized that I’d dropped the car keys somewhere. Thirty minutes later, I’d given up, unable to find the keys anywhere. But that wasn’t the worst part! My 1-year-old son was still in the car, sound asleep. And while I was on the verge of panic, I pulled myself together and called Expert Locksmith Store for help based on the suggestion of the lady at the diner. The dispatcher was able to sense my tone and assured me that help was on its way. And sure enough, a technician from Expert Locksmith Store arrived within ten minutes and popped open the lock! I couldn’t stop stammering my thanks to him…

Sadly, the new lock I installed on my door got busted within two weeks. Turns out, the locksmith who had the lock installed, not only did a poor job with the installation but also charged me a bomb for a poor-quality lock. I was furious! But there was no use now! If only I had picked Expert Locksmith Store for the installation process. These guys are indefinitely the best in Channahon. Ralph discarded the useless lock and fitted a new and better version. The total bill didn’t even come up to half of what the previous locksmith charged me!
