There are two types of locksmiths: one, that requires a zillion calls to be made before they get there and two, locksmiths who take the initiative and follow up on you. Well, Lock Key Shop happens to fall under the second category. Though I’d made the appointment with them at 8pm, I couldn’t make it on time. But Jack from Lock Key Shop followed up, and patiently waited for half an hour until I reached home. Thank you so much for waiting it out. I thought the extra waste time was going to cost me, but they didn’t add any fee for it.

I wasn’t keen on hiring a locksmith, but when my lock had gone completely crazy I just had to. Being low on cash I borrowed some money from a friend, but the best part is, I didn’t need it! Lock Key Shop rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. That’s when it dawned on me – I didn’t take them out in the first place! And sure enough, it was still in the ignition. Furious with myself, I did what any sane person would do in such a situation – call for help! I’ve been calling Lock Key Shop for locksmithing work for years, and I wasn’t sure if they were even available at such an odd hour. Nevertheless, I dialed 248-313-4601 and someone picked up! The rep assured me of help and within half an hour, I was back inside the car!
Cheers to team Lock Key Shop!! I used to think these guys were great at their job, but now if it’s possible, I think my respect for them has doubled!
