All I needed was a spare key, it wasn’t even an emergency! But the way Advantage Locksmith Store responded to my call was simply stupendous! Hats off to you guys!!! I got my spare key handed out to me within 30 minutes of placing the call! Trust me, when I say that there’s no one better than Advantage Locksmith Store! I’ve had my share of bad experiences with locksmiths in the past and I know what I’m talking about! I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Advantage Locksmith Store, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt! After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices! Number 1 in Farmington! I’m giving them a 10/10!

I’m completely in awe of Advantage Locksmith Store! When I needed a locksmith to fix the door lock, there weren’t many willing to take up the job - maybe because it paid less, and they had better, more lucrative jobs to take up. However, when I called 248-385-2638, the dispatcher agreed to send out a person to my place right away. I admire the fact that they don’t consider any job beneath them, and are always ready to help customers in need. Guess other locksmiths in Farmington, MI should take a leaf out of their books and learn to value customers more than money. I highly recommend Advantage Locksmith Store! Try it…
