After I’d dropped the key fob a couple of times, it had started to malfunction at times. I had to press the button four or five times before the car unlocked. I knew it was trouble, and I knew it would eventually give away. Called Metro Master Locksmith for a replacement and they sent Ed. Though I’d asked for a replacement, Ed insisted on fixing the key fob. It took him some five minutes to fix the loose wiring within. Ed could have easily replaced the key fob and made more money out of it, but he didn’t. Honest bunch of technicians in Cedarville, OH. Will I hire them again? Definitely!

Once I’d moved into a new home, the sheer excitement of it all washed away other critical matters that had to be taken care of. It was only when I was locked out and a concerned neighbor stepped in to unlock the door with a spare key he had did I realize the huge oversight I’d made. Without wasting any more time, I called up Metro Master Locksmith after finding great reviews online. Right from getting to my home to rekeying my locks, it all took just an hour. I couldn’t be happier with their service. The technician, Andrew, was a true gentleman and knew his job! He even suggested that I redeem a coupon from their website http://www.Cedarville.Metro-Master-Locksmith.com that cut down my already low bill even further. I cannot heap more praise on them through mere words. Definitely, Metro Master Locksmith is the best in Cedarville!!!

I still had these conventional locks in my home, when all my neighbors had upgraded to newer versions. So, I figured it was time for a replacement and called Metro Master Locksmith based on the recommendations of Jeff from next door! Reviews aren’t my specialty, but here’s a bad attempt at reviewing a great company: Reliability: 10/10 – technician got there right on time Work: 10/10 – Installation barely took him minutes Quality: 10/10 – Lock installed was sourced from a top manufacturer Price: 10/10 – Best price on the lock, low call-out fee and no added charges To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating. Hope this review helps someone who’s still struggling to find a good locksmith in Cedarville. Don’t think twice, call Metro Master Locksmith up on 937-265-0313! Definitely, THE BEST!
