We were installing a new door, but the carpenter was having trouble installing the lock on it. Called Advantage Locksmith Store and requested them to come in right away because we’d be unable to lock our door that night. They agreed and sent a locksmith to my place in less than twenty minutes. The carpenter, however, hadn’t finished his work, but Dave didn’t complain and waited patiently. After that, it barely took Dave five minutes to install the lock. I’m blown away by their customer service. If I need a locksmith in Portland, CT, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them - and you shouldn’t either!

I knew the time would come when I would need to get my locks changed.. the only thing I didn’t anticipate was it coming so early! The locks seemed perfectly fine, and when I found that they’d be vandalized to gain access to my property, I was completely taken aback! The locksmith I called from Advantage Locksmith Store examined the locks and found the inside made entirely of plastic! I couldn’t believe it! Johnson had the damaged locks replaced with new ones, which he assured were procured from a leading manufacturer. Two weeks later, my home suffered another attack, probably carried out by the same lot who had tasted success on their first try - but this time, the locks stood their guard! Extremely thankful to Advantage Locksmith Store! You guys should try them out if you’re looking for a locksmith in Portland! There were always two sides to a coin, likewise, when you hire a locksmith, it’s either pay high for excellent work or pay less for a shoddy job. That’s what I thought until I made the acquaintance of Advantage Locksmith Store. These guys defy my notion by providing top notch service at the lowest prices. I called them after 11 pm to help me get through the jammed door, and by 11 30 pm I was back inside. The best part? I wasn’t charged a penny extra for the late night service. If you live in Portland, CT 06480, trust me, it can’t get better than this! Highly recommended!
