I’m not great at detailed reviews, so here’s a short version of my experience with Capitol Locksmith Service. Found their number 516-394-9793 on their website, and after a quick glance at their offerings, I gave them a call. Within the next half an hour, Gary had arrived and the rusted deadbolts were replaced with new ones. Super fast services – and affordable too! I ended up paying less than 50 bucks for a service that would otherwise have cost me more than a hundred from other companies in Lawrence. Had a splendid experience with Capitol Locksmith Service! I’ve now turned into a repeat customer of theirs! Recommend them..

I called Capitol Locksmith Service to know their prices and this company responded back within minutes with a reasonable price!! I got an appointment fixed at such short notice! The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Rarely, do locksmiths stick to the original price. They almost always find reasons to add up extra charges to the bill. But with Capitol Locksmith Service, I was charged nothing extra to what was quoted initially! Honest and upfront pricing makes the deal still sweeter! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY! Capitol Locksmith Service is the best locksmith in Lawrence. You must give them a call!

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Capitol Locksmith Service. Despite John from Capitol Locksmith Service insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Lawrence….
