Scheduled with in a week, I was told it would take two days if only took one. They left the cart filled with debris out front of my home for 3 days, debris blowing everywhere. We called Scott Sheldon to inform him, he said it will be picked you right away, 3 days later. A week after installing our new roof, we were woken up in the middle of the night, our dining room ceiling had water coming from it. I called Scott Sheldon to let him know, a week later he came by and said he need to take off the shingles on our addition and replace with a rubber compound. Also, the installers left nails all over and some staples we not driven into the roof. It’s been two weeks since our first leak, two more since then. Our roof is still not repaired. Scott Sheldon called me this morning to see if his guys could come, of course I said yes. They never showed. I called Scott Sheldon and was immediately put into voicemail. I didn’t receive a return call I have now written a complaint to the BBB, I’ve called twice C&M to speak to a manager or the owner, never heard a world. I guess my next step is ABC Call to Action. Do not use this company very friendly once the have your money, you can’t get them back to fix their mistakes.
