I moved into a new place and the first thing I wanted to do before moving the boxes in was – to change my locks. The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Charlotte, NC and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Metro Master Locksmith. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead.
Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously. I even redeemed a special discount coupon I found on their site https://www.Charlotte.Metro-Master-Locksmith.com. Yes, on an already low bill, I got a further reduction. Could I ask for anything more? Highly recommend! FIVE STARS for extraordinary customer service!!!

Be it online shopping or calling a locksmith from stuff you read up on website, I’ve grown not to trust the web world at all! But when my ignition threw up a tantrum in the middle of the road, I was left with no choice – it was either a locksmith or a car manufacturer – and I wasn’t too keen on the latter! I couldn’t be more indebted to Metro Master Locksmith for helping out of a tight spot! I was getting ready for an interview at a firm that I’d always dreamt of getting into. I’ve been planning this day for weeks, my files were all organized and locked up in the car trunk, my clothes ironed out, my leather shoes shined and my car sent for a tune up. But despite my meticulous planning, fate had other plans. After arriving at the venue, when I tried to open up the trunk, it just wouldn’t budge. The lock was jammed shut and all my files, my resume, my portfolio was locked up in it. It was the worst nightmare ever!
