Undesirable merchant! I called the business number and left a message to request window cleaning. I received a group text in response which directed me to select from several dates that were 7-8 weeks ahead. I informed them my Groupon expired in 6 weeks. I needed prompt service so I again called and left another message to see what could be done. Again I received a group message suggesting I request a refund since they could not meet my needs. How can this merchant remain in good standing? Who communicates with multiple customers on the same group text? I would not recommend this vendor to anyone; poor customer service and poor communication extremely poor way to run a business.

Lee shows up today 2 hours late, argues with me about number of windows involved, he leaves without cleaning my windows even though I had already paid! Horrible service! I have honestly never been treated so terribly by a company. Absolutely awful
