So, I needed a new lock. After enquiring in several stores, I finally struck a good bargain down at a hardware shop. But what came after was something I didn’t anticipate! I’ve attempted lock installations on my windows a couple of times, and was confident I could nail this one too. An hour later, as I looked down at the now-completely-ruined-lock, it was clear that I shouldn’t have been this over-confident at my abilities. I decided to call a locksmith from Galaxy Locksmith Store to take a look at the damage I’d done on the lock and the door. Turns out, it wasn’t entirely my fault. The lock I was sold was a completely useless one to begin with. That was 50 bucks right down the drain!
Thanks to David from Galaxy Locksmith Store for all the help! He installed a good quality lock on my front door within minutes!!! The price for the lock and the service fee didn’t cost me as much as it did earlier! Should have called David up on 860-325-0994 the first time, instead of wasting my time, energy and money….The BEST in Broad Brook! Somehow, the replacement key I’d got managed to break in about two weeks. The worst part was that it just didn’t break at some random place, it broke inside the lock. So now there were pieces of the key stuck in the lock which made it impossible for me to operate it with the spare I had. I called Galaxy Locksmith Store on 860-325-0994! They were about the only ones who were open late at night, according to my neighbor. And sure enough, a rep answered my call and assured me of sending help right away.
Within minutes, there was a locksmith at my doorstep. David was careful not to damage the lock while he extracted the broken pieces. He took one look at it and asked me if I’d got it made at a hardware shop. I did, yes, but how did he know that? Apparently, such stores use low-grade material and improper techniques to cut keys, hence, the absurdly short life. David got a new key made right there and I could definitely make out the difference in terms of quality. To my surprise, all this cost me less than what I’d paid at the store….
Thank you guys for doing incredible work in Broad Brook! I recommend Galaxy Locksmith Store to everyone who doesn’t want to get ripped off in exchange for quality services. These guys from Galaxy Locksmith Store truly deserve all the praise.

I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I did what I believed was the most logical thing to do at such times – I picked up a heavy rock and started hammering away. My neighbor saw what I was doing and stopped me from destroying the lock.
