I got plans from their design team; then went through the build phase. They were very accommodating of some changes I wanted after the first draft of the contract.

We discovered Verified Construction online. They took the time to come up with an estimate/bid and worked on the layout in the computer with us for two hours, free of charge. Communication was excellent via email and text. Throughout the project, we enjoyed prompt, fast responses, even late nights and on weekends. They took care of all permits and city inspections as well. For us, Verified was a turnkey operation; we gave them the house key and let them come and go freely without supervision. There were no problems with this, it was all very convenient.

This entire project consisted of remodeling my two restrooms in my home. It was super easy to have me booked. I called the company and they gave me a great estimate. The color combination on the walls look amazing you can tell this company has a lot of experience. The new sinks installed look amazing as well. My favorite part is the new tile on the bathtub wall.
