I was spoilt for choices when it came to finding a locksmith in Valatie. There was one shop in nearly every block. Why then was it so hard to find a locksmith after midnight? I called up a few locksmiths I knew and none of them answered the call. They’d probably shut shop for the day! Anyway, after an online search I found this firm - City Locksmith Store - that offered 24/7 service. All my hopes were pinned on City Locksmith Store now! I simply couldn’t imagine sleeping out on the porch instead of the warmth of my own home. Thankfully, my call was answered and a friendly voice assured me of help. Sure enough, within half an hour, I was back inside! Such amazing services! Maybe it’s just me who doesn’t know them already, but these guys ought to be everyone’s go-to locksmith. Great service plus low pricing equals the best customer experience! And that’s exactly what I got from City Locksmith Store on a fateful night. I desperately needed a locksmith to get to my home and look into the malfunctioning smart lock on my front door. I knew that if I let the issue go, the lock would one day stop operating altogether. The technician, Joe, was extremely quick with his job. He immediately narrowed down the problem to faulty wiring and had my lock fixed in no time. There I was worrying I had to get an expensive replacement! Joe could have easily tricked me into getting one though, but he didn’t! And that’s why I totally love City Locksmith Store and if you live in Valatie, do give them a try. I must say, I'm very impressed by their service! Who gets an assessment done, and all the locks replaced within two hours? Gary from City Locksmith Store did! And he’s awesome! He even suggested that I redeem a coupon that was listed on their website http://www.Valatie.City-Locksmith-Store.com. When the final bill was handed out, it was barely a quarter of what any other locksmith firm in Valatie would charge me.. I’m never opting for another locksmith again. Gary and his team are the best! Five stars for top-notch service and low pricing!!!
