The technician, Steve, showed up at our door promptly, clearly explained the options without upselling any product and gave us a complete estimate. Nearly every other locksmith I’d called up in Waterford asked me to bring the lock to their shop. Apparently, they only provided on-call service for big issues. By big, I knew they meant those issues where they had the chance to make big money. I had a lot of other things to take care of at home and I just couldn’t run around town trying to get the lock fixed. Frustrated, I kept calling a few numbers I found on the net, but to no avail. There were a few that stated ridiculously high call-out charges. Finally I landed up on http://www.Waterford.Safe-Key-Locksmith-Service.com, and to my relief, these guys agreed to come take a look.

I should have probably called Safe Key Locksmith Service first like my fiancé recommended! But I chose to trust a neighbor instead who suggested that I call the guys from the locksmith store down the road. After wasting over 3 hours of my time, they’d only managed to get half the job done and said they’ll come the next morning to finish up the rest. Seriously? Was I supposed to a half installed door hanging wide open with no lock on it? To top it off, I had to pay them two-hundred bucks for doing a botched-up job. Furious, I called up Safe Key Locksmith Service! These guys are just incredible! It barely took them an hour to set things straight. And the whole thing was done at an unbelievable price…
