Antonio/Tony Cernichares is literally a con artist. He's also been convicted for aggravated assault and attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend and two children. (Google his name). He will take a deposit and then make any and every excuse under the sun to not do the work (car won't start, raining [even if its literally not raining], waiting for city approval, waiting for permits, etc). He's a crook and he operates under so many different business names (T&T Stamp Concrete, Miami Stamp Concrete). Took our deposit and ran; eventually threatened us over the phone because we were "being rude" and bothering him by following up to ask when he was going to start the work he said he would that we paid him literally thousands of dollars for. I still see reviews popping up here and on BBB so he's clearly still at it.

Should be zero stars. Paid deposit over 3 months ago for stamped concrete patio and has not started. Will not return calls, and only picks up when he doesn’t recognize the number. Gives all kinds of excuses about rain (has not been raining that much to use that excuse every time) and people waiting in front of us. Has promised multiple times to come and start the framing. Then this week said he’d come Tuesday afternoon, then the other job he was working on got delayed but promised to still come. No show. Had told us to book the first inspection for Thursday. Wednesday said same thing but a piece of machinery broke, no show. Said he would be there 6am for framing so we could get inspection done, won’t even answer his phone or respond to text. Do not do business with Antonio, he appears to be a con artist and he says they’re licensed and insured, that is a lie, he has about 3 different company business names after researching him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with T & T design concrete, T & T stamp concrete, or Miami Stamp Concrete. All him.
