Don Egan believes that with his 28 years of building experience, 20 years of that running his own construction company building and renovating over 100+ homes gives him a great ADVANTAGE in performing home inspections. Don is someone that was a hands on builder not just an overseer. Don believes that "When Experience Matters" not everything can be learned in a textbook. Some of what is inspected: Structural systems, house foundations, grading and drainage, roof structure, roofing materials, Attic inspection, exterior home inspection, driveway walkways, porches decks, lot waiting, wiring electrical, plumbing and septic, windows, insulation ventilation, cooling heating and appliances.
