The salesman was deceptive and Conned me into signing up for their service. little did I know it was a contract for multiple services. The salesman did not disclose this with me at all!! After the first service this past summer I had more flies in my house than ever before! It was so disgusting I didn't invite anyone over for the duration of the summer. After I complained about it Aptive would not let me cancel my service without paying a $200 penalty!! Then the winter comes and they try and service my home again. I told TWO different service techs not to waste their time as i was not happy with the Aptive service. Both times they woke up my wife who works the night shift at the hospital In the ICU! Then after telling them twice not to service my home they came back a third time a few weeks later! woke up my wife and completed a service after being told TWICE that I did not want the service. I am so un-happy with them and believe everyone should know about their deceptive practices. I do not recommend using their service! STAY AWAY Or you will have more pests in your home and will be locked into a contract for multiple over-priced services. update.... after speaking to the Manager a few months ago he explained that he would cancel my service. He did reverse that charge and said i would not be charged again. A few weeks later someone shows up at my home from aptive claiming they needed to do a service.
