We were leaving on a vacation for about a month. I’ve heard all about criminals targeting temporarily abandoned houses, like ours would be for that one month. We had jewelry and cash stashed up in the house and didn’t want to incur a heavy loss. That’s when I called Medley FL Locksmith Store on 786-375-6562 to ask for recommendations. The dispatcher listened intently, suggested that I get a strong safe installed and told me that he’ll send someone over at a convenient time. I fixed an appointment that very day. Ed was very knowledgeable and he took the time to make sure I understood the features and the security level on offer. Got a great safe installed at a bargain price! Nearly all of my neighbors were upgrading their locks, so I thought to myself: why shouldn’t I? Great work by Medley FL Locksmith Store! I called them to ask for suggestions and they sent Ronnie over to my location within ten minutes. He patiently showed me the variety of options available and advised me against going for looks alone, because according to him, security was more important. I couldn’t agree with him more. A modern remote controlled lock that Ronnie recommended was fitted within an hour. It works great and also adds that futuristic appeal to my home. Thank you for the excellent work and the suggestions! Customer service at its best! Called them on an urgent basis to fix the malfunctioning smart lock and I received the assistance I needed within 20 minutes. Considering the cost of the services, and the value they offer, I’d say they’re the best in Medley, FL. Gary, the technician sent from Medley FL Locksmith Store, even fixed the door that was slightly off-track at no added costs. Keep up the great work guys!
