While their concept works, their integrity and follow through is terrible.
They lost the master passwords for accounts I have never been able to access, and they foolishly set up accounts for me under multiple DOB's and phone numbers years back so now there is no access or control of the 2 main email accounts - a real screw up that they wouldn't even take responsibility for - not what anyone should expect for the money/cost.
