I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly.

I forgot the combination to the safe, having changed it the previous day. I’d written it down somewhere but had misplaced the slip of paper. One, I did not have access to the business contracts, money and other documents locked in the safe. Two, there was this ever-present possibility that the parchment with the combination on it had found its way to the wrong hands.
