Good service from Metro Locksmith Services. Lewis made all the available options clear to me along with what it was gonna cost me. The pricing seemed quite reasonable for a premium firm such as Metro Locksmith Services. Also, Lewis was right on time, installed the new lock and rekeyed all my other locks within an hour. I hope I never have to call a locksmith again, but if I ever need one, then I’m definitely calling Lewis or someone from his team. The BEST in Chagrin Falls! Five stars!!

Metro Locksmith Services is amazing! We had a break-in and needed the locks changed immediately. Most locksmiths in Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 that we called up gave us 4-hour or 8-hour windows – but I wasn’t willing to sit around the whole day waiting for their arrival with zero protection on my property. Thankfully, nearly a dozen calls later, Metro Locksmith Services agreed to provide what I was looking for. Dave was prompt, professional and did an incredible job. He assured me that the locks are nearly break-proof and couldn’t be manipulated as easily. And sure enough, I could see the clear difference between the old locks that got destroyed by the miscreants and the new ones. Got it all done at a great price!

I’m not great at detailed reviews, so here’s a short version of my experience with Metro Locksmith Services. Found their number 440-306-5639 on their website, and after a quick glance at their offerings, I gave them a call. Within the next half an hour, Gary had arrived and the rusted deadbolts were replaced with new ones. Super fast services – and affordable too! I ended up paying less than 50 bucks for a service that would otherwise have cost me more than a hundred from other companies in Chagrin Falls. Had a splendid experience with Metro Locksmith Services! I’ve now turned into a repeat customer of theirs! Recommend them..
