Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Safe Key Shop. Despite John from Safe Key Shop insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door!
They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Wakefield….

We had one-of-a-kind metal doors guarding the street entrance to our building. There was a problem with the door locks which refused to lock due to a misalignment. I had called a locksmith from a store nearby, who had no success in fixing it, if possible he only made it even worse. Safe Key Shop came out within a few minutes of calling (18 minutes to be precise), assessed the problem, put in new hardware, fixed the alignment – all in about half an hour. And the charges? Believe it or not, it actually cost me 50 bucks less than what the other guy charged me as call-out fee.
