David is a pro! I’d hired locksmiths from other firms, who merely asked me to throw the digital lock and buy a new one, but I wasn’t going to let it go so easily. After all, I’d bought it for 400 bucks. David from Locksmith Master Store was a smart worker - he immediately identified the problem and managed to fix the lock. Wish other locksmiths were as knowledgeable as him! Great job guys! I read on their site https://www.Barrington.Locksmith-Master-Store.com that they provided a complete security overhaul as well. Will hire them for it after a few months. So, how good are they? Ten on ten! No. 1 in Barrington, IL 60010….

I never write reviews online unless I’ve had a really bad experience, but this time, I made an exception! The guys at Locksmith Master Store were too good to not be written about! All I needed was a spare key that I could hand out to my son so he had access to the house when he returned from school. I found this place online at http://www.Barrington.Locksmith-Master-Store.com and had my service request answered within half an hour. Gary arrived, complete with all the tools needed for the job and a friendly smile. He got the copy key made in minutes and charged reasonably for it.
For all you people who’re dealing with lockouts or critical issues with your locks, if Locksmith Master Store could address the minor issue I had so promptly, I can only imagine the level of service they'd offer in an emergency. These guys are the best in Barrington and you definitely must give them a try!!

Thank you Locksmith Master Store for being so understanding of my situation! Nearly 4 firms denied service past midnight, stating reasons such as my concern not being important enough or that my home was too far off from the city! How was it not important enough? I needed a lock fixed before I left town in a couple of hours. And when they’d clearly mentioned extensive serviceability, the excuse that my house wasn’t quite accessible seemed in poor-taste. I wasn’t even asked a million questions on why I needed them at such an odd-hour. Within fifteen minutes, Eric from Locksmith Master Store came over and I had the lock fixed in no time. And the charges? They charged me a flat rate with no extra fee for calling them out past midnight.
