After an ugly tussle with my ex, my hopes of any reconciliation were dashed. But what bothered me more was my safety. My ex still had the keys to my apartment and had a nasty temper. I knew I had to do what had to be done to stay safe. The lady next door who had been listening in on the argument all along recommended that I call in Union Locksmith Store. And I did! The technician that was sent over shortly, John, was extremely polite and understanding. Once I narrated my ordeal, he told me that getting my locks rekeyed was the right option and without further ado, he started off with the process. He was done with it in no time and handed over a brand new set of keys. I couldn’t be happier with their service and the economical bill. After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Union Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Union Locksmith Store!!! Keep up the great work in Greensboro! Five stars all around!!!
