Very friendly technician! I think his name was Dave! There was bad coverage in the locality where I was stuck, stranded out of my own car. I still had access to the web and a quick online search later I landed up in http://www.Metairie.Locksmith-Key-Shop.com. I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none. It was unbelievable when I got a response to my service request within ten minutes assuring me of help. Dave got there within ten minutes and helped me get back in my car! Had it not been for Locksmith Key Shop, I would have probably had to abandon my car in search of a towing service or for better cell reception. Thanks to Dave and his awesome team, I didn’t have to go through all that hassle! Definitely recommend them, especially for emergency situations! The BEST in Metairie!

Can’t imagine what’s worse, a locksmith who can’t do his job or a locksmith that charges heavily for a job that’s poorly done! After countless bad experiences, I’d almost given up and had arrived at a conclusion that there was no such thing as ‘great’ locksmith services. But the guys at Locksmith Key Shop managed to completely reform my notion! Dave was beyond great – polite, friendly and extremely talented, he managed to resolve my query within minutes and charged me next to nothing for it. I’ve since availed their services around three times, and have found them to be extremely competent at their job. David was a true gentleman. He could have easily tricked me into buying an expensive lock replacement, but he didn’t. He instead worked his way through the old locks and got them working seamlessly! I saved up a lot of cash which I used up on buying that dress I’d always wanted! Thanks David and thanks to the entire team of Locksmith Key Shop for doing a great job!
