The damage was done. The new lock I purchased from the hardware store with an intention to install it myself was now ruined. Defeated, I surfed the web and found https://www.GlendaleHeights.Town-Center-Locksmith-Shop.com. Eddie got there in minutes. Once he took a look at the lock, he informed me that it was a cheap counterfeit and that’s why it had been damaged so easily due to the rough handling. I felt completely stupid, having wasted 50 bucks on a useless lock. Eddie reassured me that he would fix the genuine one at a lesser price – and so he did. Wish I’d hired Town Center Locksmith Shop in the first place, instead of wasting my time dabbling in stuff that was beyond me. If you live in Glendale Heights, IL, hire them – they’re EXCELLENT!!!

My key snapped in two - it happened right after I’d loaded my baggage in the Rover and tried locking the front door. I had to be at the airport in an hour and here I was staring down helplessly at the broken key. I was new to Glendale Heights and didn’t know anyone who’d help me out. I knew I had no time to lose and called in my sister who’d lived in Glendale Heights the last few years. Within 10 minutes of placing the call, a locksmith had reached the spot. He was super quick and got a new key made in no time! Thanks to Town Center Locksmith Shop, I didn’t miss my flight and right now, I’m chilling in France like I should be!! You guys are awesome!!!

I’m writing this review in the hope that it would benefit someone! So, being quite clumsy, I knew I’d dropped the keys somewhere. I walk for around 6 miles from work to home and I simply didn’t have the strength to retrace my steps. I decided to call Town Center Locksmith Shop. A friendly rep answered at once. He was even nice enough to give me a price quote over phone after I sent him a picture of the lock. David got there within the promised time and I watched amazed as he got a new key made within minutes using equipment from his van! For fast, reliable and pocket-friendly service in Glendale Heights, there can be no better choice than Town Center Locksmith Shop! FIVE STARS!!! Recommend it!
