I walked into the office that is nicely decorated, very clean, had fresh coffee and bottled water. I stepped in and a receptionist stood up, welcomed me warmly, and said "you must be Liz, we've been expecting you". She offered me a drink while I did the paperwork. I asked her a couple of questions about the procedure and she took the time to tell me about the procedure and how long the technician has been doing this. We had a nice conversation and then I was called into the laser room. Another extremely sweet woman greeted me and told me about what I would feel. She made an effort to calm me down and kept the conversation going while she was doing the procedure so I wouldn't focus on the laser. She was upfront with me and made me feel comfortable. My experience here was excellent. I will be back in a few week and I have no concerns whatsoever. It is possible that they have changed their customer service. I read several poor reviews and I can honestly say that I experience none of those complaints. I would recommend this place to a friend.
