I had a very bad experience with this company, GRANT INSPECTION. I was looking for a company to detect a water leak in my house. After their investigation, which lasted about an hour and cost me around $750, their final conclusion in the report was that the leak MIGHT BE coming from the air conditioner. I then hired two other companies to inspect the air conditioner, and they both confirmed that it was not the source of the leak. I eventually hired another company to investogate again water leak and discovered a completely different issue than what John from GRANT INSPECTION had reported. I lost money dealing with this unprofessional company, which was unable to detect the correct problem.

My wife and I are currently in process of searching for our first home, and we were very impressed with Grant Inspection Services. They were very professional all throughout and patient enough to come out with us and look at different places. They never complained and they always went out of their way to explain the different aspects of the inspection. After searching and at times almost giving up, we finally found the right place for us and we are looking forward to moving in. We owe it all to our inspection company and I must say, the price they have to offer is very affordable. Thank you so much for all the help, we will gladly recommend their services!

My husband and I found this great house, but we were worried that there might be something wrong with it because it was priced too cheap. So, we decided to call house inspectors to find out if the house was safe, unfortunately, we didn’t know any good inspectors. We looked online and saw really great reviews about Grant Inspection Services so we decided to avail of their services too. They are such a great company! Our inspection was scheduled really fast and their inspector was great throughout the inspection process! Their former clients weren’t wrong to give such excellent reviews. The extent of their professionalism and expertise is truly above par! They quickly determined what was wrong with the house and my husband and I were saved from buying a seemingly great-looking house that had a lot of problems covered up. Thank you, Grant Inspection Services!
