I had a very bad experience with this company, GRANT INSPECTION. I was looking for a company to detect a water leak in my house. After their investigation, which lasted about an hour and cost me around $750, their final conclusion in the report was that the leak MIGHT BE coming from the air conditioner.
I then hired two other companies to inspect the air conditioner, and they both confirmed that it was not the source of the leak. I eventually hired another company to investogate again water leak and discovered a completely different issue than what John from GRANT INSPECTION had reported.
I lost money dealing with this unprofessional company, which was unable to detect the correct problem.
