Carried away by the advertising, I purchased a digital lock. Barely a month after installation, it started malfunctioning. I wasn’t willing to throw it away having spent over 200 bucks over it. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it.
