We still primarily specialize in helping urban schools in the United States to make the leap from good to great. Sometimes we are helping to get from fair to good or even from challenged to fair. Whatever the situation, we have the expertise to help. We have experience working with a variety of instructional paradigms and can help implement processes such as GRR and Project-Based Learning just a name a couple. Our focus is on helping individual classroom teachers and principals to get comfortable establishing and operating in a professional learning community (or PLC) environment. We can assist in crafting school improvement plans and SIG related activities. We can assist in training your professional staff as you transition between learning paradigms.  Our coaches are experienced educators with real-world, current, relevant field experience. Many of our coaches served as principals and educational leaders in their practices. Together we can offer over 100 years of combined urban-school (K-12) experience to your staff. ​ In recent years we have expanded our offerings to include staff team building. We have an excellent program that can assist you in getting your staff to gel and perform better. We have conducted programs for a variety of different organizations. Our team-building protocols are customized to meet your goals as an organization. We can conduct full or partial day programs with single or multi-activity formats. We also have the ability to facilitate retreat activities for a variety of group sizes and needs.
