A-Plus Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was founded in 2004 by Jason and Nancy Richards, with the basic idea of returning to traditional "customer service"

The company primarily developed it's outstanding reputation with customer mouth-to-mouth recommendations. Today they have opened a second location in the South Bend area (Mishawaka specifically) and have increased focus on home owners. Much of the business previously was focused on commercial plumbing and HVAC. While that is still a large part of A-Plus Plumbing, Heating & Cooling business plan they are expanding to reach traditional consumers (homeowners).
