Turns out, it’s the best decision I ever made. Jack was a total pro and I even got a nice discount using a coupon from their website. FIVE STARS!!! Alsip IL Locksmith Store deserves nothing less! After a lockout spelled disaster at my office, David arrived promptly to bring the situation under control. Access was regained within 15 minutes. I owe it to David for rushing to my place at such short notice. I would have lost a lot of business that day, if it weren’t for him. Highly-recommend! I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Alsip IL Locksmith Store. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Alsip IL Locksmith Store! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Alsip IL Locksmith Store has redefined the levels of customer service. I took the time to check out their website https://www.Alsip.IL-Locksmith-Store.com later – and found that they do much more than key cutting. Definitely calling them again!!! The BEST in Alsip, IL!!
