Mike Kriebs installed our 2 water heaters, sump pump and bathroom plumbing. Our basement flooded from a faulty sump pump or water softener - not quite sure. We called and texted since our entire basement flooded. We called and texted over 3 days and he did not respond. Zero. All this was installed a year ago. No accountability no interest in quality of workmanship. We are desperate for help!
