He provided a quote of $12,500 to renovate my kitchen and drafted a contract guaranteeing completion within 15 days. Initially, he performed well and quickly proposed another project to remodel my bathroom. After receiving his quote, I promptly gave him a $2,000 deposit, believing he had enough help to complete both projects swiftly so I could reclaim my space. However, the 15-day timeline stretched into two months. While I understand that delays can occur, it has been incredibly frustrating to see the schedule extend far beyond our agreement. Consequently, I opted to withdraw from the bathroom project and requested a refund. Unfortunately, he became upset about my decision and imposed additional fees outside of our contract, ultimately retaining my money.
