I wasn’t looking for much but integrity was definitely on my list! After being duped by several locksmiths, I decided it was time to get down to some serious research before hiring the next one. I searched online and found rave reviews for Lock Key Shop. Although I was quite the skeptic, the reviews did seem genuine. In fact, I even checked with a colleague and when she confirmed that they were really good, I finally zeroed in on Lock Key Shop. A part of me was prepared for the made-up excuses, heavy bills, lengthy waiting periods, and incompetent technicians, but with Lock Key Shop, it didn’t come to that! In fact, I can now completely relate to all the positive experiences people have had with these guys. Mine wasn’t just positive, it was awesome!!!!

The locksmith I regularly hired went MIA and I had an emergency where I needed someone to fix the faulty keypad. The building manager suggested that I call Lock Key Shop. I’ve heard about them but had never called them over. So, when Jones from Lock Key Shop got there within twenty minutes, I was surprised. The locksmith I was associated with earlier took a minimum of an hour to make an onsite visit. And once Jones got down to work, there was no doubt about it- he was a pro! Within minutes, he’d narrowed down the problem to a short in the circuitry and managed to fix the issue. The prices are the best you can get and with level of service you get, I think it’s an amazing bargain!

I can’t thank these guys enough! I was almost on the verge of tears after accidentally locking myself out of my car by the side of the road! There was no one else out there and my only companion was my smartphone. Thankfully, I wasn’t in an out-of-coverage area and used the internet to find these guys at http://www.Racine.Lock-Key-Shop.com. Being on the edge of panic, I’d lost any semblance of reason that I had, and called out 3 more locksmiths to make sure I get help from at least one.
20 minutes later, David from Lock Key Shop reached the spot. He threw me a reassuring smile and got to work at once. I was back inside within minutes… Thanks to Lock Key Shop, for saving me from a mental breakdown. As for the other three firms I called, two of them never called back and the other one called me up after I was snuggled up in bed back home. Lock Key Shop is clearly the winner in Racine!
