I feel very cheated by this company, and I'm incredulous that they market themselves as not wanting to make a quick buck. I called them at approximately 4:10 PM because the power to my garage was out and when I tried to flip the breaker, it sparked. I am a single mom with three kids and I take care of my own mother in my home, who is battling cancer. I cannot afford to have an unsafe condition or be without power, and they knew this. The electrician came out and talked a whole bunch of slick talk. He worked for approximately one hour and they charged me 1200 dollars. You read that right. They gave me every reason to believe that the problem had been repaired. They left without giving me any paperwork. I had to demand paperwork and when I got it, it was very vague. I asked for more detail and what they provided me said that they had charged me $1200, for approximately one hour, to "respond" to a "dead short" and to "troubleshoot" to "restore power." I have learned from a licensed electrician that they charged me more than double what was fair. I called Arthur Connor to let him know that I was shocked by the price given that it did not appear they actually repaired anything, and he told me that he believes the problem is my garage door opener. I don't trust this company at all so I wouldn't believe them to give me the right time of day. But it was unfathomable to me that after paying 1200 for roughly 1 hour of work there was no actual repair, and the problem could recur at any time. Arthur Connor quickly became hostile, raised his voice to me, and went off about his own personal expenses, including what he has had to pay to a lawyer. if that's not taking advantage of someone to make a quick buck, I don't know what it is. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

This is definitely one of the best professionals I`ve dealt with. Their customer service is really adequate and the technicians were fast on the spot. The socket I needed replaced was done in a matter of minutes and with a better, safer one too. I would absolutely recommend them!
