The pricing is great! The BEST, in fact! After some kids in the block decided that it was amusing to use my door for target practice, I had no choice but to replace the now battered door with a new one. I also needed a lock for my gate so that those pesky kids didn’t get anywhere near my property again. I expected the entire setup to cost a thousand bucks at the least, but thanks to Gary, I got the job done at a very reasonable price. It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Locksmith Lock Store had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Kennesaw.

It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! The firm I used to call up apparently went out of business years ago, so I took to the internet and found http://www.Kennesaw.Locksmith-Lock-Store.com. Locksmith Lock Store had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm.
Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didn’t expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure he’ll throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong… Eric is incredible and kudos to the entire team at Locksmith Lock Store for providing outstanding services in Kennesaw.
