I left the keys in the bedroom and got locked out. Though it was a weekend, Locksmith Lock Store didn’t hesitate to provide assistance when I asked for it. I wasn’t in desperate need of a locksmith or in any emergency, I just needed new locks installed in my property without spending a fortune for it. Locksmith Lock Store delivered beyond my expectations. I always value good service, like many of you reading this review. The locksmith was on time, efficient, talented, and a really fun person to talk to. I’m completely confident that he set me up with the best locks available under my budget. How? He showed me the stark difference in quality between the old lock (an outdated, poor quality, worthless lock) and the new one (sturdy and new). All the technicians seem incredibly talented. You can easily tell by seeing them in action that they know their stuff. Here’s a lesson or two other locksmiths could learn from Locksmith Lock Store. First, you never make a customer wait, especially not in an emergency! It took Carl from Locksmith Lock Store just about ten minutes to get to my location. Awesome, right? Second, you shouldn’t overcharge them! We’re not stupid! We know that the service you’ve just provided isn’t worth even half of what you’ve just charged, yet, the attempt to rip us off always prevails. Thankfully, with Locksmith Lock Store I didn’t have to face all that! No hidden fees, no lame extra charges, nothing! Just an upfront flat rate! How great is that? I don’t know about others, but speaking from experience, I don’t think there’s a better locksmith company in North Weymouth than Locksmith Lock Store. I’ve even put down their number 339-236-3290 on my contacts, just in case!!! FANTASTIC SERVICES!!!
