These guys are total pros! I hired General Locksmith Store for a lock change job at my property and they went about it in a completely professional manner. I was given a complete list of options, advised on the best course of action and even asked to redeem a discount coupon from their site https://www.Middleton.General-Locksmith-Store.com. I must say, it can’t get better than this! They were done with the job in an hour! Quick, affordable and efficient, they’re no doubt the number one locksmith firm in Middleton, MA!

I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Middleton led me to http://www.Middleton.General-Locksmith-Store.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. But Dave set things right, switched locks with a better one that didn’t even cost me half as much as the previous one. Wish I’d found you guys sooner. General Locksmith Store is awesome!!

I had an interview to attend in an hour and from the point of calling General Locksmith Store to the point where the locksmith opened up my locked car, it only took a total of 30 minutes. Couldn’t be more pleased! I made it to the interview and nailed it! Wouldn’t have been possible without you guys! Thanks for doing an excellent job! Definitely, saving their number on speed dial, in case fate decides to mess things up for me again!
