RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NEVER EVER USE THEM.
Worst moving experience I've ever had. We've moved several times with all different companies and this is by far the worst. The crews leader "Jerry", was over an hour late, rude right off the bat, clothes were filthy. Upon arrival, he was angry there was more furniture than he was "expecting". Next, he insisted that they never move the distance I needed to.. which made no sense due to I told them the addresses to and from when I scheduled this move. He insisted that it's going to be "$800 just for driving" and rolled his eyes when I replied "okay not a problem I understand the hourly, let's get moving then." All while standing in my driveway.
Lastly, after standing around in my back yard for more than 10 minutes on his phone doing nothing, I came outside and asked "is something wrong?" To which he replied asking where the next place is (50 minutes away) and then told me in a frustrated obnoxiously unprofessional way that "this isn't gonna work" and to "have a nice day". Then immediately GOT IN THE TRUCK AND LEFT.
I called the owner and he explained that Jerry (ACTUAL QUOTE) "felt that you weren't going to be able to pay so he made a judgement call and left."
I own my own company, my husband is a lineman, we understand the way to work with a customer properly, and under no circumstances does this company care for or value their customers. If I could give negative stars I would.
