Fantastic service and served with a smile! I accidentally locked myself out of my home and I wished more than ever, that none of my neighbors spot me. Thankfully, Amber Locksmith Store made it all so easy on me. Eric got there within 15 minutes and it took him barely 3 minutes to unlock the door. Amazing service – and no one ever came to know that I made the stupid mistake of locking myself out in the middle of the night. Highly recommend them to everyone in Springfield, MA…. Super fast, efficient and affordable – they’re just what you need during an emergency.

Ironically, the new lock I installed to keep burglars out, ended up keeping me out instead! I forgot the access code and no matter how much I racked my brains I just couldn’t figure it out. Well, I had no intensions to sleep on the threshold and decided to call a locksmith. After pulling out a list of firms in Springfield from the internet, I called them up one by one. A few didn’t answer the call, a few quoted a ridiculous price for it and a few had never heard of my version of the lock. What’s the point of being a locksmith if you don’t know the stuff that matters? Anyway, I struck gold when I called Amber Locksmith Store on 413-318-4710. Lewis provided a flat rate for reprogramming the lock that seemed like a really good deal to me. Lewis from Amber Locksmith Store was awesome! He got it reprogrammed in barely five minutes! Now that’s what I call sheer brilliance! Great job! Very pleased with their service!!

I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home. She had tried getting the broken pieces out herself but had only managed to push them in further. Frustrated, I went online looking for a locksmith that could help me out and found Amber Locksmith Store at http://www.Springfield.Amber-Locksmith-Store.com. Within 20 minutes, I had a new set of keys, my lock was restored to its former condition and I had a locksmith lecturing about why quality was extremely important. Well, I’m never going back to that hardware shop in Springfield again.. it’s always gonna be Amber Locksmith Store for me!
