I hired Locksmith Solution Services for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Locksmith Solution Services, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Newport and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Locksmith Solution Services. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! Not a great fan of locksmiths! When you’ve been tricked into buying unwanted stuff, charged $250 for opening up a locked car or reduced to waiting for hours for the person to get there, I’m sure you’d share the same feelings I used to! But Locksmith Solution Services does have a way with its customers! When I was locked out of my home and I’d exhausted all my other options, a friend passed on their number 651-314-7644 to me. I called them up, a small part of me hoping that these guys would be a little different – and they were! I barely waited ten minutes when a locksmith reached my location and sorted out my issue! They charged me $55 and were off! Wow! What’s my opinion of locksmiths now? Still not a great fan unless it’s someone from Locksmith Solution Services! Easily the best locksmith company in Newport… try them out once if you don’t believe me!

I wasn’t too keen on it, but yes, after my brother insisted, I decided to go ahead and call a locksmith. The lock on my front door looked old and rusted! And although it seemed sturdy, my brother thought that it gives off an aura of being an easy target to intruders. He did have a point! So, I called Locksmith Solution Services as he suggested and Jones came in immediately to take a look at the lock. I asked him to give me a price right then. I was a little low on cash and didn’t wanna end up paying up everything I had to these guys. Jones was quite understanding and gave me a flat rate, which was surprisingly low. All I hoped for was that he didn’t add on anything to the bill at the end – which he didn’t! Now the lock on my front door gives off an aura that says ‘back-off’. And it’s all thanks to Jones for getting the job done at such a reasonable price! Will definitely call these guys again!!! In my opinion, Locksmith Solution Services is clearly the best in Newport! Try them out, and you’ll know exactly why!!!
