First rate job – again! This is my second time hiring Locksmith Solution Services. The first time I needed a door lock fixed and the second, I needed help to get through my own front door. Both times, their speed of service delivery, professionalism, quality of service, and the affordable pricing stumped me. If you live in Newport, there are zero chances you can find a locksmith that’s as efficient and affordable as Locksmith Solution Services. FIVE STARS! Don’t believe me? We spared no expenses on our new home, right from the interior decoration to the garden, we wanted everything to be the best! The result - our home looked great but we didn’t have enough cash to change the locks! How could we miss out on that? My wife thought we should put it off until later, but I knew better! Only recently a colleague’s house was broken into and I didn’t want mine to meet the same fate! They had a coupon on their website offering a heavy discount for lock change and rekeying services for new homes in Newport! Exactly what I needed! I hired Locksmith Solution Services for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Locksmith Solution Services, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? If you live in Newport, go for it – I bet you can’t find anyone better….
