I was locked out of my condo and didn’t have a spare key. I was already freaking out, add to that a bad phone connection and what you get is the perfect recipe for a mini-meltdown! Being unable to voice out my concerns to David via phone, we resorted to texting. Huge thanks to David from Expert Locksmith Services for being so supportive and understanding! He helped me get back in within five minutes.

No other locksmith comes close to Expert Locksmith Services! Very friendly and professional! They’re also very upfront about the prices and don’t levy extra charges! I’ve called them in the middle of the night, yet never paid a penny extra as call-out fee. Expert Locksmith Services has been my trusted locksmith company in Hunt Valley for over 6 years and I’ve found them to be great at their jobs. Not once have they denied service! In fact, I’ve even called them up on Christmas Eve after the kids had shut the door behind them, locking my entire family out.

Let’s solely restrict my review to the pricing: locksmiths are generally considered pricey, but not Expert Locksmith Services! What would cost me $200 with some other firm, barely cost me a $100 with Expert Locksmith Services. And the best part is their upfront pricing scheme! While a few quote a very low price initially, they then end up adding extra charges on the final bill. With Expert Locksmith Services, I’ve never been charged a penny more than what they stated at first. Fits my needs and my pockets… And that’s why I’ve turned into a repeat customer!
