Completely satisfied with Universal Locksmith Store! They were on time, friendly and knew their job too well. How else could they have managed to rekey a set of eight locks within an hour? It was an emergency, and despite making frantic phone calls to a dozen different locksmiths, no one was ready to help. It was New Year’s Eve and I really wanted to get home quick to spend the holiday with my family. I seriously doubted there’d be any locksmith available at such a time. I still had these conventional locks in my home, when all my neighbors had upgraded to newer versions. So, I figured it was time for a replacement and called Universal Locksmith Store based on the recommendations of Jeff from next door!
Reviews aren’t my specialty, but here’s a bad attempt at reviewing a great company:
Reliability: 10/10 – technician got there right on time
Work: 10/10 – Installation barely took him minutes
Quality: 10/10 – Lock installed was sourced from a top manufacturer
Price: 10/10 – Best price on the lock, low call-out fee and no added charges
To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating. Hope this review helps someone who’s still struggling to find a good locksmith in Greenville. Don’t think twice, call Universal Locksmith Store up on 401-239-1496! Definitely, THE BEST!
