Had an A/C installed by All Time two years ago. Last week my A/C started showing signs of an issue. So I called this morning and they said because I hadn't had 'annual maintenance' (see: labor warranty fine print) that my parts (of which 'annual maintenance' has NOTHING to do with a PARTS warranty with ANY AC manufacturer) and labor warranties were now essentially expired. I have verified the above statement regarding warranties to be true through a licensed A/C and Master Electrician at Taylor Electric and Air Conditioning in Clewiston, FL whom handles warranty claims very frequently. First off: that's a money-grabbing scheme, filled with lies about voiding the parts warranty. Secondly, what a horrible way to treat customers. So I asked to speak to the manager, and lo-and-behold, I was on the phone with 'the manager'. So I asked to speak to the Owner, but unfortunately 'the owner doesn't speak to customers'. Folks, don't make the same mistake I made with this company. Take your money to a reputable installer that doesn't fine-print their labor warranties and lie to you about voiding your parts warranty because you didn't give some installer hundreds of $$ to come out and stare at your A/C for 15 minutes every year. You can do better.
