I paid Steve and Krystal Henderson over $100,000 to build a pool and spa for my family. At the end of 14 months of having my backyard an unusable construction area, Steve deemed my pool was "complete". In the end, my pool was built in the wrong location and leaked immediately. Over the course of the past year I have repeatedly contacted the Hendersons, reporting the multiple leaks that have developed as well as the calcium that was present on the spa less than 30 days after water was in the pool. I have been in constant contact with their attorney since I became aware that my pool was built crossing the easement line but he has informed me that he is no longer handling this matter even though he continues to represent the rest of the business. I'm an understanding person and I've tried to work things out with the Hendersons for over a year before posting this review but they refuse to correct the defects in their construction and the estimate I've gotten to make the necessary repairs is nearly $20,000. I don't think I will ever be able to forgive Steve Henderson for what he's put my family through. Updated 8/29/2018 I reported the latest leak to the Hendersons as well as their attorney at the beginning of August. Neither party has responded as of this update. I'm seeing a crack in the concrete at the sight of the leak now. This has me concerned that there is also a structural defect and suggests that the entire structure has/is shifting. Extremely disappointed!!!
