Royal Locksmith Store is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Pleasant Hill. However, Gary from Royal Locksmith Store was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. He cheered me up, reassured me that no one was going to misuse those keys and rekeyed the locks.

Now, I don’t know how I could make up for all the trouble I put these guys through. Perhaps, this review would be a consolation! I needed a lock change and I shifted my schedule several times. I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Royal Locksmith Store! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! I don’t know why I was even worried! Royal Locksmith Store made the process seemed so easy! There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks weren’t gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Royal Locksmith Store. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. Gave Royal Locksmith Store a call because I had a cranky ignition switch in my Prius. The dispatcher had a few questions about the car after which he sent a technician to my place within twenty minutes.
